Why should I pay a monthly fee for your services if I already have insurance?
Most insurance policies are high deductible plans and most patients will never reach that amount in a year, so you will be paying everything out of pocket at other offices anyway. But in our office, you are getting services at reasonable cost and getting more time with the provider
Do we make referrals to specialists?
Yes, we can refer you to specialists. If you have insurance and wish to use that at the specialist’s office, be mindful that you might need a prior authorization. If you are unsure about this, just contact your insurance carriers and see what is required.
What if I have to go to the hospital?
If you are hospitalized, an admitting doctor or hospitalist will care for you during your stay in the hospital. We will obtain records from the hospital once you are discharged and add them to your chart.
Lab work how does this work and where do you send it?
Some labs can be drawn in the office and get the result while you wait
For labs that are not drawn in office you will be sent to LabCorp in your town for the lab test
Is there a contract when joining?
We have no contracts. We are strictly a month-to-month membership. We don’t want you to have to stay if you don’t like it here. However, there is a six month waiting period after membership is canceled. But still can be seen at the clinic at the non-members, per visit price
